Toyota continues to strengthen the ownership experience through a service program designed to offer customers greater convenience, dependable support, and better visibility over maintenance costs.

This initiative reflects Toyota’s commitment to delivering a hassle-free service experience, greater protection, and fixed rates that provide customers with clearer visibility over maintenance costs.

By following Toyota Motor’s approved maintenance schedule, the offering helps customers maintain vehicle performance through timely servicing and essential replacement items. It also reduces the likelihood of sudden breakdowns, while fixed rates contribute to a clearer and more predictable cost structure.

Coverage extends to periodic maintenance services for up to 40,000 km or two years, whichever comes first. It includes the replacement of filters, oils, and spark plugs in line with the vehicle’s prescribed maintenance schedule. During the agreement period, customers are also entitled to a 15% discount on spare parts and a 10% discount on labor for any additional services.

Customers must service their vehicles in accordance with the approved schedule to maintain eligibility, including engine oil replacement every 3,000 km. Any delay exceeding 1,000 km beyond the scheduled maintenance interval may result in the relevant service no longer being valid. Customers must also present the vehicle for the 1,000 km service, which includes a complimentary oil change for Bazraa-imported vehicles only.

This agreement applies exclusively to individual customers and covers new vehicles imported by Bazraa as well as Gulf-specification vehicles, provided the vehicle is no more than two years old from the agreement date. It does not apply to vehicles imported from the United States market.

Customers must complete vehicle purchases through the authorized network of the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center and its official dealers. The agreement remains non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event of a change in vehicle ownership, the agreement transfers automatically to the new owner, subject to the deduction of services already utilized.

Through this offering, Toyota reaffirms its commitment to delivering an ownership experience centered on reliability, transparency, and long-term value.

Terms and Conditions

1. This agreement shall become effective upon receipt of full payment by the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center, in accordance with the applicable price list assigned to each vehicle.

2. This agreement applies exclusively to individual customers and shall not apply to corporate entities, government bodies, or any other institutional or commercial sectors.

3. This agreement is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. In the event of a change in vehicle ownership, the agreement shall be automatically transferred to the new owner, subject to the deduction of any services already utilized.

4. This agreement is non-refundable and may not be cancelled under any circumstances.

5. The agreement covers periodic maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s approved maintenance schedule by Toyota Motor, up to 40,000 km or two years, whichever occurs first.

6. The agreement may be upgraded to higher tiers, subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and pricing, upon mutual agreement between both parties.

7. Vehicle purchases shall be completed exclusively through authorized branches or dealers of the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center.

8. The customer shall present the vehicle for the 1,000 km service, which includes a complimentary oil change, applicable to Bazraa-imported vehicles only.

9. The customer shall adhere to the periodic maintenance schedule, including engine oil replacement every 3,000 km, throughout the duration of the agreement.

10. Failure to comply with the scheduled maintenance interval by exceeding 1,000 km shall result in automatic forfeiture of the respective service, which shall thereafter be deemed void.

11. The agreement includes replacement of filters, oils, and spark plugs strictly in accordance with the prescribed maintenance schedule. It excludes the replacement of any additional consumable components identified during inspection.

12. The agreement price is inclusive of applicable sales tax.

13. During the term of the agreement, the customer shall be entitled to a 15% discount on spare parts and a 10% discount on labor for any additional services.

14. This agreement applies exclusively to new vehicles imported by Bazraa and Gulf-specification vehicles, provided that the vehicle age does not exceed two years from the agreement date. Vehicles imported from the United States market are excluded.
